1. Overview
CometRank is a subscription-based AI SEO platform that provides access to proprietary software, AI systems, and infrastructure used to identify search opportunities and generate conversion-focused landing pages.
Due to the immediate access to digital services and computational resources provided after purchase, all payments made for CometRank subscriptions are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances outlined in this policy.
By purchasing or subscribing to CometRank, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Subscription Payments
CometRank operates on a recurring subscription model.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan.
- Access to the platform is granted immediately after successful payment.
- Because platform resources, AI processing capacity, and infrastructure are allocated upon activation, subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period begins.
3. Billing Errors
Refunds may be issued only in cases of verified billing errors, such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Incorrect billing due to a system error
- Charges made after a confirmed cancellation
Requests related to billing errors must be submitted within 7 days of the charge. If verified, the incorrect charge will be refunded.
4. Platform Access Issues
If you are unable to access the CometRank platform due to a verified technical issue originating from CometRank systems, our team will work to resolve the issue.
If such a technical issue remains unresolved for more than 7 working days after it has been reported to our support team, we may review the case and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
Platform access issues caused by factors outside CometRank’s control will not qualify for refunds or service remedies. These include, but are not limited to:
- Third-party service outages
- Internet service provider (ISP) issues
- Client-side network restrictions
- Firewall or security configurations on the client’s systems
- Local network failures or device-related issues
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use the platform
- Dissatisfaction with SEO performance or results
- Delays in organic search results
- Business outcomes such as traffic, rankings, or lead generation
- Partial subscription periods
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
SEO outcomes depend on external factors including search engine algorithms, market competition, website quality, and user implementation, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation prevents future billing.
- Access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.
7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, you agree to first contact CometRank support to allow us the opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Termination of platform access
- Restriction from future use of CometRank services
We reserve the right to present relevant account activity, subscription records, and usage logs to payment processors in order to dispute chargebacks.
